Service charge budgets
We produce an annual service charge budget in advance of the service charge year, which covers all aspects of maintenance, to ensure that the building remains in excellent repair. This is agreed in advance with directors or the Residential Managing Company.
To guarantee you the best service at a competitive price, we tender all contracts when due for renewal.
